Geo38 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the geo38 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access all geo38 services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account.

You are solely responsible for all activities that take place under your account.
Contact the support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Geo38 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time for security and legal compliance purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

As a geo38 user, you agree to use this platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia.

Using the platform for any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.
Sharing misleading, defamatory, or offensive content that may harm other users is strictly prohibited.
Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt geo38's systems is strictly prohibited.
The use of any automated software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure.

4. Platform Usage Rules

The geo38 platform is designed to provide a safe sports betting, Table Games, and online entertainment experience for users in Malaysia. There are several important rules that must be observed:

All bets and transactions must be made using your own account.
Transferring funds between user accounts without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Using a VPN or any other method to conceal your actual location may result in account suspension.
Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or payment systems is a serious offence and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Content published on the platform, including game results and match odds, is for reference purposes only and does not guarantee any winnings.

Geo38 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any feature of the service without prior notice.

5. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)

All financial transactions on the geo38 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The following terms govern your financial activities:

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the current policy displayed on the payments page.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered under the same user's name.
Geo38 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party banks.
All transactions are final once confirmed. Cancellations may only be requested before processing begins.
Geo38 reserves the right to withhold payments for security review or anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.
Any attempt at financial fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Data loss caused by the user's own actions or by third parties.

Geo38 makes no warranty that the platform will be error-free or available at all times.

7. Account Policy: Suspension & Closure

Geo38 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account in the following situations:

Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
Fraud, identity theft, or money laundering activities.
Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
Formal requests from legal authorities.
Users who register using false information or stolen identities.

Users whose accounts are closed due to fraud are not entitled to claim any remaining balance in the account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the geo38 platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of geo38 or its licensors.

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
Using the geo38 brand name or logo for commercial purposes without authorisation is prohibited.
Any intellectual property infringement may result in legal action.

Content uploaded by users remains the property of the user; however, by registering, you grant geo38 a limited licence to display it on the platform.

9. Third-Party Links

The geo38 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for informational purposes only.

Geo38 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We recommend that you read the terms and privacy policy of every website you visit outside our platform.

10. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Geo38 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
